When you order a personalized QR code shirt, you enter the link or username you want the QR code to open, for example your Instagram or a custom link.

We turn that link into a scannable QR code and print it directly on your shirt. When someone scans the code with their phone camera, they are taken to your chosen profile or link.

Most normal links work. You can use Instagram, WhatsApp, Snapchat, Spotify, YouTube, Linktree, your Mum's blog, or anything else you can think of.

We may refuse links that are illegal, harmful, offensive, or violate our policies.

Your order is made on demand and shipped as soon as production is complete. Once it is on the way, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please check our size guide before placing your order. If you are between two sizes or want a looser streetwear fit, we usually recommend sizing up.

For standard shirts, you can return your item within 30 days after delivery, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.

For personalized QR code shirts, returns are usually not possible because the item is custom-made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

This does not affect your rights if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made a mistake with your order.
